EASY TO TRANSPORT
Due to the small footprints of the CPS300 and CPS600 they are easily transported nationally and internationally. CPS600 also fits on a flatbed trailer (considered a wide load), only requires a escort vehicle to travel on UK roads

CPS450 utilises a 450mm wide belt (effective width) and has outer enclosure dimensions of 6340 x 3140 x 3850mm (LWH).
CPS600 utilises a 600mm wide belt (effective width) and has outer enclosure dimensions of 7200 x 3900 x 3850mm (LWH).
These dimensions make the compact spiral series easy to transport fully assembled and as one whole unit by road or ship, CPS300 and CPS450 fit on a flatbed trailer without any additional logistical requirements and the CPS600 only needs a wide load escort vehicle to travel by road.
Transport and Relocate with Ease
The Compact Spiral Series comes on a stainless steel base frame, eliminating the need for heater mats, concrete plinths and civil works. Drop it into place, plug in and operate; no long installation on site, removing any disruption to existing factory operations, ensuring an effortless transition to new machine. Can easily be relocated in the factory should the production area need reorganising. Three different infeed and outfeed orientations available to suit factory layout and space constraints.

Perfect for food manufacturer’s expanding factory production capacity, with new factories, replacing old spiral systems and moving from labour intensive and inefficient static blast freezers. Compact Spiral Series machines are fully automated allowing for continuous production, bringing down the cost per unit of product frozen or chilled as well as improving the quality and consistency of products. The Compact Spirals work by blowing cold air over the products removing the heat quickly and efficiently and due to freezing and cooling quickly the water crystals being frozen in the food products are smaller leading to higher quality, foods being frozen or chilled at their freshest, locking in peak nutritional value, and keeping the consistency of the product even after defrosting by the end consumer.

Standard machine types provide common parts allowing you to free up space and cash in inventory by keeping spares on our site with quick turnaround times, typically 24 hours lead times for critical spare parts, removing any unplanned down times and most importantly loss of planned production.
The modular nature of the Compact Spiral Series means that your freezing/ cooling capacity grows with your company, frees up more cash not needing to buy an oversized machine to account for potential future growth.
Hygienic and easy to maintain, the compact spiral series have been designed to eliminate any crevices were bacteria can hide. Has a built in belt track and clean system to ensure belt area is always clean and hygienic. Other automated cleaning options are available if required.
As a turnkey solution, refrigeration plant can be provided as part of the machines.
